Terms and Conditions

Payment

Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. However, please note that if the booking is made within 30 days of the course or event, payment is required by return so that it is received before the event or workshop takes place.

Cancellation

Please note that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before a LIVE event. We offer a credit to the value of the ticket (that can be redeemed against another Think!Sponsorship product, event or service) for cancellations made between 14 - 30 days prior to the event taking place.

We offer a full refund against virtual event tickets cancelled up to 7 days prior to the session taking place. Thereafter we offer a credit note to the value of the ticket that can be redeemed against another virtual event.

You may change the delegate name at any time.

All changes, including cancellations, will only take affect once confirmation is received in writing. Upon acceptance of our terms and conditions we will raise an invoice and require payment of ticket price prior to the event or virtual training session.

We reserve the right to charge interest on a daily basis on late payment at the annual rate of eight (8) percent for late payment.

Liability

Think!Sponsorship will not be liable to the client or persons attending the conference or event (virtual or live) for injury to persons or loss or damage to the clients property unless and only to the extent that it has been negligent. Otherwise Think!Sponsorship will be under no liability to the client whatsoever.

Think!Sponsorship will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.

In the event of a terrorist attack, alert or incident that prevents the running of the conference or another live event Think!Sponsorship reserves the right to retain ticket fees as a contribution to delegate registration, all location, marketing and central administrative costs.

Force Majeure

In the instance of Think!Sponsorship being unable to fulfil its obligations to the client through circumstances beyond their control (such as, without limitation, industrial dispute, natural disaster, war, terrorist action or threat, rebellion, riot, civil commotion or disorder, transport disruption, general shortage of commodities or defects or delays in deliveries from a supplier due to any of the aforementioned circumstances) then they shall:

1. Notify, in writing the client accordingly
2. Thenceforth be excused from performance of their obligations hereunder to the extent of such prevention, restriction or interference
3. Be discharged from liability for cancellation of the event.
